Theater

Creative Current, a place-based, arts-integrated ecological education organization, brings its curriculum to our Theater classes.

Here we cultivate an imaginative, movement-rich class where children build confidence, group awareness and storytelling skills through theatre games, improv, character work, breath, voice and collaborative scenes. We will use their bodies and imaginations to explore stories inspired by the natural world—roots, wind, rivers, fire, seasons, belonging and change.

Throughout the year, the class will evolve alongside seasonal themes, shared learning and the interests of the group. Young actors will create characters, movement stories, soundscapes and short performances, with many individual ideas eventually growing into collaborative pieces where every child has a meaningful role.
