Treaphort brings over a decade of experience in movement education and a lifelong passion for mindful exploration through the body and sound. A former competitive gymnast turned dedicated teacher, Rob discovered his calling in guiding young children — especially ages 2.5 to 5 — as they develop body awareness, coordination, and confidence through playful movement.
His approach integrates the foundations of gymnastics with elements of yoga, free-form dance, and breathwork, creating a nurturing space for self-directed learning and discovery. Rob believes that movement is one of our first languages — a way for children to connect with themselves and the world around them long before words take shape.
In addition to movement, Rob loves using self-created sounds, vowels, and overtones as tools for nonverbal connection and sensory exploration. His classes invite curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity, supporting each child’s natural rhythm of learning and growth.
